Information about the host Our house is situated in a quiet spot at the end of a small cul-de-sac – a place where you can breathe a sigh of relief straight away. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and our lovingly tended garden. The spacious holiday flat can accommodate up to four people and has two separate bedrooms. A vine climbs up the sunny south-facing balcony, creating a particularly cosy atmosphere in summer, whilst apple trees in front of the bedroom provide a natural, welcoming ambience. Numerous hiking trails, walking routes and varied cycle tours start right from the house, so you can enjoy nature without any detours. A lockable bike shed with charging facilities is available for bicycles – ideal for e-bikes and anyone wishing to actively explore the surrounding area. There is a free car park right next to the house, and motorcyclists are also very welcome to bring their bikes. Naturally, you can use our free Wi-Fi. Ideal for day trips are Salzburg with its historic old town, Munich with its museums, shopping and sights, and Kufstein in Tyrol with its impressive fortress. Cyclists and mountain bikers will find ideal routes through the surrounding mountains and to the alpine pastures, ranging from leisurely to challenging. Arrival Description A8 Munich–Salzburg, Frasdorf/Aschau i.Ch. exit, turn left towards Aschau i.Ch., drive through the town until you reach the roundabout, take the first exit, then turn right at the traffic lights and continue to the junction, then turn left into Zellerhornstr., after approx. 600 m turn right into Hochriesstr., shortly afterwards turn right onto “Am Lehmbichl” and immediately left into the cul-de-sac off Hammersteinweg. Our house is the last one on the street. Description of the accommodation The Hammerstein holiday flat on the first floor offers plenty of space for up to four people across 79 sq m and impresses with its spacious, bright interior design and pleasant atmosphere. The flat is fitted with easy-to-maintain laminate flooring and has two separate bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) and another with a French double bed (140 × 200 cm) and an en-suite washbasin. Should this prove too small for two adults, there is a sofa bed for one person in the living room. The cosy living area, with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen cable TV, free Wi-Fi and a large dining table, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time together. Both the living room and the second bedroom open directly onto the large south-facing balcony, which offers a magnificent view of the mountains and the well-tended garden. In summer, a grapevine climbs up here, and in front of the bedroom, apple trees create a natural, friendly atmosphere. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen features a small dining area for two people, as well as a hob with oven, an air fryer, a filter coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster and a kettle – ideal for anyone who likes to cook for themselves whilst on holiday. A high chair is available for younger guests. The bathroom is fitted with a shower; there are also two separate toilets, which is particularly convenient for families or groups. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided. Please note that pets and dogs are not permitted. The Swedish stove visible in some of the photos is not available for use for safety reasons.
